Depp and Heard now Mr and Mrs?

Johnny Depp has married girlfriend Amber Heard, according to reports.

Hollywood star Johnny, 51, and Three Days To Kill actress Amber, 28, wed at their Los Angeles home, a source has told People.

Another more lavish ceremony is yet to come at Johnny’s private island – Little Hall’s Pond Cay – in the Bahamas.

Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny – who split from longtime partner Vanessa Paradis in 2012 – and Amber met on the set of 2011 movie The Rum Diary.

They were engaged in 2012 but have been plagued by break-up rumours.

But Johnny previously gushed to the Today show in the US: “She’s sharp as a tack. A Southern belle and sweet as can be, and very good for me.”

Vanessa – and the former couple’s two children, Lily-Rose and Jack – are said to be on the guest list for the Bahamas ceremony on the picturesque 45-acre island.

Johnny, who previously dated Kate Moss, and French singer and actress Vanessa were together for 14 years, but never married.

The news comes after Johnny’s latest film Mortdecai bombed at the box office.

The new movie, which also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Ewan McGregor and Paul Bettany, follows a string of other flops for the Pirates Of The Caribbean star, along with Transcendence and The Lone Ranger.
