Despite tribulations in his personal life, Robin Thicke is ready to take the stage again.

After canceling the first three shows of his North American tour, the “Blurred Lines” singer reassured his fans on Tuesday (February 25) that he’s “looking forward to getting back out on the road.”

“I want to thank everyone for the well wishes these last few days. My fans mean everything to me,” Thicke wrote in a statement on his website. “I’m looking forward to getting back on out on the road and performing in Washington DC this Thursday, and the rest of the tour. Looking forward to seeing everyone out there!”

Thicke is slated to perform at George Mason University’s Patriot Center on Thursday. He cited a lost voice for abruptly canceling the trek’s Friday-night kickoff in Atlanta and a Saturday show in Orlando.

Then, on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after news broke that he and wife Paula Patton were separating after nine years of marriage, Thicke postponed a Cherokee, North Carolina, show due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Thicke and Patton were married in 2005 and have one son, Julian Fuego. In a statement on Monday, the couple said, “We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.”
