A firm has been blocked from selling a phone in the UK after a patents dispute.
High Court judge Mr Justice Arnold ruled that HTC had infringed a patent belonging to rival Nokia following a hearing in London
He said HTC could not sell its One Mini phone in the UK as a result of the breach.
HTC wants to appeal against his infringement ruling.
