A search is under way for the missing skipper and crew of a fishing trawler off the north-east coast of England.
The Ocean Way vessel was last heard from about 100 miles east of the Farne Islands, the Humber Coastguard said.
It began transmitting an emergency beacon earlier on Sunday – but attempts to contact the skipper have been unsuccessful.
An RAF rescue helicopter has been dispatched to the scene and so far two of the five people missing have been found.
Both were winched to safety.
Mike Puplett, Humber Coastguard watch manager, said: “We will continue searching as long as necessary.
“We still have the benefit of daylight and fairly favourable weather conditions for searching.”
The Norwegian helicopter Rescue 1 is due to arrive soon to relieve the RAF team.
