Come Thanksgiving five years ago, Nicole Polizzi was grateful for blessed offerings like pickles and smush rooms, while Jenni Farley thanked the Heavens for high heels and Ron Ron Juice. Several “Jersey Shore” episodes, a successful spin-off series, two engagements, and three babies later, things are a wee bit different.
